how it started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The idea for this website began with a simple school project. When my teacher advised me to choose a theme I was passionate about, I realized I could channel my desire to make a significant difference in the world into my work. As a woman who once struggled with some health issues and intense mood swings related to my cycle, I discovered that understanding and following guidelines related to it made a substantial positive impact on my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This realization was further reinforced by my desire to support my much younger<\/em> sister. My goal was to provide her with the tools she needed to live in sync with her cycle and thrive without the struggles I encountered. Living far from her and finding it hard to share this knowledge directly, the idea for this website was born.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We all recognize that much of the world is designed with men in mind, from seemingly minor things like room temperatures to critical areas such as health studies. Men operate on a simpler 24-hour hormonal cycle, but women have a beautifully complex cycle that deserves attention and understanding. Unfortunately, young women often aren’t taught about this.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
